The first International Banking Conference took place in 2008 against a different backdrop, with prominent figures in finance, politics and law coming together to discuss the challenges of the time and how to overcome them. Since then, it’s become a key event on the banking industry calendar.

Amid a new economic landscape, initiatives to bridge the social gap and ways to drive more sustainable growth, the International Banking Conference brings together public and private sector experts from all four corners of the globe every year to dissect the present and future of the economy.

After years of holding the conference behind closed doors, we opened it to the public in 2019; since then, anyone has been able to sign up. These timely and pertinent debates help the attendees draw up strategies and make decisions.
